I'm more concerned that the AZ Senate race gets overturned.

We need that Dem control of the Senate to vanish immediately. If that happens, there may be some chance at holding people accountable. They could waste Biden's entire presidency establishing how he didn't win. The biggest thing I want to stop is all of this woke shite getting pushed through. It's time for some people to go to jail.

The most important thing is that the AZ loses the Dem senator. That could immediately cripple Biden's ability to pass a lot of really bad stuff.

There is zero chance any 2020 race gets overturned especially in a "recount" conducted by inexperienced clowns like Cyber Ninjas. What a farce the ReTrumplican Party has become.

State legislatures have different rules from the US Senate.
For the Senate, someone has to object before the new member is sworn in. At that point there are three options - ignore the objection, allow Kelly to serve as interim Senator until the dispute is resolved, or leave the seat vacant until the dispute is resolved. If he's an interim it takes only a majority vote to replace him with McSally.
Since Kelly was sworn in with no objection he's the Senator. He could be expelled by a 2/3 vote but they aren't going to do that unless it's proven that he was an active participant in the fraud. The Democrats might vote against expulsion even if he was involved.

What you and way too many people fail to accept is that even when he is proven to be the ringleader, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN
because they were all in on it.
