I think you should at least be able to show people your grandparents grave,here in this country,before you carry normal weight as a citizen. You should have blood and history in the game.
That is not saying,that when you become a citizen,that you don't have the same rights.you do.
But as far as direction? Hell no, that should be up to the old timers.

By their definition there is no such thing as a Native American. Based on what that phrase means in a literal sense almost everyone who posts here is likely Native American.
