I’m a big picture guy

When I see something presented in the media or pushed by members of Congress, I always wonder what they are really doing that they don’t want me to see.
This impeachment push has me asking the same question. People are openly asking how could Dems push so hard for something they know the American people do not support. Furthermore the manner in which they are conducting themselves has people screaming about fairness and due process. Are the Dems really so filled with hate to the point they’ll commit political suicide or do they have us following one hand while the other hand hides what they really don’t want us to see??
Impeachment is going nowhere. Find the other hand.

They want total control and power at all costs.

The other hand is trying to make what Barr and Durham uncovering a political revenge move and it is not to be believed.
They are also, trying to get the presidency back so that they can thwart any further investigating into the prior administration and deep state moves.
It's pretty obvious Trump has upset the swamp raft, and these people are defying rule of law to save their power and influence.
That is my theory anyway.
I believe that because these moves they are taking are highly risky and desperate.

Seriously though...Democrats are only interested in optics. They're following their great leader Joseph Goebbels' plays right out of his propaganda playbook. They know Trump's not guilty. They only want people to think he is or at a minimum spew a political trash-haze over his presidency. It's just a big show.

First off, you have to realize that neither party gives a frick about the American citizens. It's about gaining/keeping control on power. The people with the power, also control those sweet, cushy kickbacks they receive at the federal level. Think about it...they used taxpayer money to payoff sexual harassment cases and STILL hide the list from the citizens. They don't give a frick about the citizens until it's tax time or election season.

Yeah I made a post just like this earlier today.
There are only two theories that makes sense:
1. maybe they know RBG is going to die soon (and/or Clarence Thomas is going to retire) and they want to kneecap Trump to get public opinion behind the idea of him NOT naming replacement/s while he is "being impeached".
2. maybe they want to blunt whatever Dunham / Barr will be bringing to the table in terms of indictments, etc. They could then spin those charges as "politically motivated" since they got out in front of those charges. "Trump and his cronies will do anything in their power to save this corrupt President who is under impeachment".
I got nothing else b/c it seems like this is a big fat loser for the Dems.

I think it's to create the illusion they are "doing something" in trying to defeat our President.
Also, they live in their own little bubble which also happens to be in their own power vacuum so they don't GAF about their constituents nor do they pay them any mind.

Another theory floated out is that this is to support Biden. As crazy as it sounds. While the 6 candidates who are democrats spend weeks or months in hearings, Biden is in Iowa on the trail.

Think of what the job of a representative entails. aoc just got a job paying almost 180k a yr with zero qualifications. She gets to travel for free. She works about 4 months a year.

I’m starting to think that maybe they fear their dirty tricks are going to be exposed, and the consequences are so costly to the dems that this circus is a good trade off, in their judgment - if they can pull it off. I don’t have any idea what they could be hiding, but it would be big.
Keep in mind, there are rumors, rumblings and some facts that support, or seem to support, that we have had a corrupt FBI (that was in cahoots with Hillary Clinton), a corrupt DOJ, and maybe some of the other intelligence organizations acting badly; and some of this seems possibly/likely to have been known (approved?) by the White House. If, and I’m totally guessing here, it does go to the top that could explain why they’re throwing all this dust in the air.
What else could explain this madness?

I think it is really nothing more than (a) they lost an election they NEVER thought was possible and (b) realize they have made no headway in trying to get said president removed via the 2020 election. Their candidates are a disaster, and they are trying to cast a cloud over Trump SOLELY FOR POLITICAL THEATER going into 2020 in hopes it will be enough to get one of their flawed candidates through.
They never thought Trump would win.
Then they never thought his support would continue so strongly (amongst his 2016 supporters). There were CERTAIN they could get Trump "out" on something and/or he would frick up so badly that his supporters would abandon him. ALL the catastrophes -- Russia, Stormy, tax returns, etc., etc, etc. eventually became white noise. This is a desperate act somewhat like the Republicans with Clinton (a complete overblown issue to all but the most partisan of people)
