This occurred in an extremely high rent area of Boise. Politically very active for Democrats.
Apparently he stopped at the intersection, traffic was backed up and when it cleared he turned at the exact same time as the child entered the intersection.
It's been wall to wall coverage in Boise.
The guy in your video is the biggest jackass in Boise media. He'll probably do a story on scapegoating illegals as a result.
Tragic situation. Travelling on foot in that area is very common. I drive well under the speed limit in that area precisely because of the reason this happened.
