This is their excuse. We didn't put the witnesses in front of a grand jury cuz we didn't want them seeing classified info.
I don't buy it. The classified information ITSELF wasn't relevant and could have been hidden. All the jury needed to know is whether it was classified.

I saw nothing in the executive summary that we didn't already know. As I said, this is nothing. A spineless summation that lets the guilty skate.
