If Trump really lost fair and square, why doesn't the deep state want him running again?

If Trump really lost by 6 million votes, 100 electoral votes, to the most popular man ever to be elected president in the fairest election of all time, why are the democrats and establishment GOP united in impeaching him so he can't run again?
If Biden did really easily beat Trump fair and square, shouldn't Biden(the preferred candidate of the GOPe and neoliberal democrat majority) wouldn't they welcome Trump running again so he would be beat once more?
Or, maybe, they know that Trump actually beat Biden by a lot, and it took the deep state moving heaven and earth just to nudge Biden over the finish line with their ballot harvesting schemes, schemes that may be harder to execute by in 2024 without the all encompassing COVID threat to justify many actions that made ballot harvesting possible and nullified voter security measures. And without those measures in place, Trump would win easily.

I really think the similarities between the Capitol in the Hunger Games and the elite establishment in DC is striking.

They're paying him an awfully serious amount of attention. To me that signals that they remain as worried about Trump same as they were when he was in office. Very serious threat to them. The specific reasons for that....I'd sure like to know.

They should be very worried about him. He’s the most effective and engaging con man in history. Covid tripped him up. If that would not have happened he’d likely had built his base up too large to defeat in any way. He would have wanted his regime to stay in power and the US would be his.
