As we know it?

Will the party move more to the left or will there be a split in the party?

Hopefully it'll force them back to the middle. I'm all for Looney Tunes in both parties being pushed back into the closet.

I don't know, it really does seem like both parties are past the point of no return. The hatred is at epic levels. Fortunately republicans can function and go about their day even under bad circumstances, democrats cannot.

It would be the end of Pelosi and her geriatric leadership.

Out with the old guard, in with the more radical left.

The AOC crowd actually stands to gain from a Trump victory. Bigly.

The party will move more center.

Hillary once preached that marriage was between a man and a woman. Biden once supported segregation.

These assholes flip flop to keep power (money).

They get trounced tomorrow and we’ll see a Dem doing rallies in rural America in 2024.

The Democrats can either regroup, take a long look in the mirror and move back towards towards the center, or totally implode and move left of Stalin

Pretty sure 4 more years of Trump will make them implode

No. Without Trump the Democratic Party will be stronger than ever once he’s gone

They need to find a balance between the fringe and the middle, or they could just do what Obama did and LIE about their true intentions.

They’ve never been beholden to avowed marxists and socialists like they are now, though.

In 2008 when Obama won I hoped the left would realize they won and stop the identity politics. Instead they doubled down.
In 2016 when Trump won I thought that the left would stop the identity politics. Instead they doubled down.

They are pot committed and I don’t see any indication that they will back down.

It would be nice if they lost so bad they were forced to take the party back from the extremists. But they'd probably think they lost because they werent left enough.

Don't be silly. Both parties go through periods of dramatic change. We Republicans finally moved away from the horrid neocon days of Bush/McCain/Romney and embraced Trump.

But it wasn't without cost and the continued bullshite of the RINO never Trumpers.

Hopefully, the dems get their arse handed to them tomorrow. Then they will have to go through a period of internal change.

Will they moderate and move to the center? Or will they go full blown communist and nominate AOC in 2024? (is she even old enough?)

I dont care honestly. I just want that glorious Orange Bastard to win big tomorroW
