Questioning my character is one thing. Accusing me of rape and basically calling me a drunk in front of my wife and kids would take the cake.

I agree. If there was any moderate to liberal actions he had in the past, they are all gone. He is gonna be hard core right wing from here on out.
The Ds really screwed themselves with this one. It was their only play and if it doesn't kill him, they will pay for this for generations to come.

All the Dems have to do is to peel away TWO Republicans and Kav is shot down in flames.
TWO. Two wobbly Republicans who are afraid of the wrath of the Mass Media if they vote to seat Kav. That's all the Dems need.
How hard can it be to find two weak GOP'ers who want to avoid the wrath of Mass Media? If John McCain were alive, he'd tell you straight up: "I cannot in good conscience vote for Judge Kavanaugh based on his demeanor, his temperament and based on this pending investigation and cloud of suspicion surrounding him."

After midterms there is no more Flake.
The R's are almost guaranteed +2 Senate Seats, giving them 52.
Murkowski and Collins fade to D, still leaves 50+Pence.

Exactly if Kav goes down the base will riot. Any republican that doesn’t vote for Kav after the FBI clears him is done.
