Just curious. Some people that are touted as possible leaders ate themselves former Democrats.

Mitt Romney is really a Democrat. In fact I’d respect him more if he changed parties.

I know next to nothing about him but I would imagine "blue dogs" don't support the likes of Abrams.
Democrats are more of a cult than they used to be. Some lie to get elected but mostly their disagreements are over minutiae related to fundamentally bad ideas.

I contend that since we've never had a conservative president.
That the Republicans were started as a liberal segregationist party.
That conservatism is fairly new in the modern definition.
Could only mean the conservatives are truly the RINOS and have tried for years to move the Republican party to the right.
This is why a two party system sucks. We really need four parties.
