How much do you think will be wasted or in the hands of those that don't deserve it? We'll that's too much!

Im curious how this money will be dispersed to citizens. It is based off of last years tax return iirc, but how will they get the money out without fraud?

They are not going to let the money be used by lower or middle class citizens for canopy-level purchases, that is, purchases that occur at the highest echelons of capitalism. They want to maintain a caste-adjacent system which makes us more ready for takeover by a supra-national group either now or after a revived regiment of the current establishment. Some people have seen transactions setting up the chess pieces on the dark web (Tor, etc.)

Don't worry. Your State's Governor will make sure one of his largest contributors will get yours!

Didn't they extend the filing date to July 15th?

Would those people just have to wait on their checks?

Yeah it’s got to be 2018. Which is dumb

Assuming it would vary on family size also. What if you had twins in 2019? Your needs would definitely be more substantial than a married couple with 2 incomes and no children.

Or what if you got laid off in 2020v

But it would likely go off 2019 if you have filed

I read somewhere it could be based on 2018 or 2019 filings.

It has to be 2018, not everyone has filed for their 2019 taxes yet.

That would seem to be the group of people who would need it most

People who are directly impacted because of this

If you mean people who were actually working and not drawing welfare or social security, I'm with you. BTW, I'm retired so I don't think I should be entitled to any money that should go instead to people who are now not working because of this virus crap.

Right. I mean people who are likely out of work due to this. It's hit just about every sector pretty hard with the exception of healthcare, grocery stores, online retail and things related to urgent needs due to the crisis.

I have not suffered a loss in pay due to this virus.

My wife and I discussed the stimulus and decided if we get it we will use it to add to our daughter's car fund.

But honestly, I would rather the checks only go to those who held jobs in January and February but lost the job in March or April.
