If Bloomberg is the nominee, I'm afraid he'll drop $10-20B to defeat Trump

Of course the media will give the Dems a pass when they crowed nonstop for decades about how bad it is for billionaires to buy elections.

Trump's wizardry is free and he'll know how to turn that against Bloomberg.

Can I get some of that? I'm seriously considering reaching out to his campaign and running his Louisiana office. I need to get me some of that money. I'll pretend to be a dem, so pocketing most of it will be ok.

He believes he can buy the presidency.

He is in for a rude awakening. Just because you are self made wealthy, doesn't mean you are well rounded and smart at everything.

Trump will make mince meat out of him.

You ever watch Bloomberg do a speech?

It's like watching paint dry.

Boring AF.

Trump destroys him in entertainment value alone.

The vast majority of people in this country are idiots easily swayed by marketing. The msm and silicon valley companies won’t let trump counter this flood of ads. Don’t think we should underestimate this guy.

He won't have to demo will drop their entire coffer on him so it will reduce his personal spending. Still not sure it would be worth it for him it's notoriously hard to unseat any incumbent president. And Trump's base isn't going to waver even in the slightest.

He won't be the nominee, and he wouldn't beat Trump.

He wants to take away your guns and make you use paper straws, that may play on the East and left coast, but probably very few other places....

Ads won’t get it done. He would have to be buying people.

This.

He thinks he can be the democratic version of Donald Trump, but he's much closer to the democratic version of Steve Forbes.

All the money in the world cannot buy charismatic appeal to the national electorate.

I'm sure Trump can match that amount.....snicker
His name alone is valued at $4b....according to him.
He's been on straight commission since he got elected so he has billions.

Here in Atlanta we are swamped with Bloomberg ads.

On the radio, on tv. It’s nonstop. I see and hear dozens every single day.

He did a good job managing NYC, I’d be fine with him as president. Not my first choice but certainly not my last either. That said there’s no way he’s spending 10 to 20 billion on a presidential race.

How did Bloomerburg get all of his money? Did he have the rotor rooter contract for new York?

I bet he won’t take his salary, either. Not taking a salary as President seems to resonate well with the trump* bunch.
