If a president ot USA impeached, and VP is president, how

is next VP chosen? Answer: Majority of both the House, and Senate necessary to replace VP. Then, if House and Senate come under Democratic control, it is a simple step to impeach Pence, and hello President Nancy Pelosi, as all nominees by Pence will be rejected. Now we see why the Dems are so keen on impeaching POTUS!

0% chance that happens
If they were able to successfully pull it off they wouldn't win a presidential election for the next 20 years

If Trump is removed, and then they attempt to impeach Pence, it is safe to say that Pelosi wouldn't be alive to vote on the impeachment. We might have an apathetic populace, but it does have its limits.

You still need to get 67 votes or 2/3rd in the Senate to remove from office.
That is such a high bar to get to. You would need all the Democrats to vote for it (45), the 2 Independents, and 20 Republicans to vote for removal before Pence becomes President.
Now if Trump does resign there is the issue where Pence would have to get both houses to vote for a new Vice President which is where your scenario plays out. Since the Dems run the house good luck trying to get a new Veep.
So America's future is in the hands of 20 Senate Republicans, hopefully, there is enough with a spine that will not fall into the Democrat's trap.

the vp doesn't become president when a president is impeached. can you people please learn the meaning of impeachment?

If the President is removed from office, and the Vice-President then becomes President, the Speaker of the House will be second in line. The President (former VP) then nominates a new Vice-President who is then confirmed by Congress.
Gerald Ford was unique in a way. He was appointed VP after Nixon's VP, Spiro Agnew, resigned. Then, when Nixon resigned, Ford became President. Therefore, Ford was the only man to serve as President with having been elected to the office (or the office of Vice-President).

$100 says you will have at least one poster arguing on Page One that Trump will not be removed from office.
While true, it rather ignores the point of your OP.
Edited to use more-specific terminology.

I doubt you would see that level of unanimity among House Dems, and I REALLY doubt that Senate Dems care that much about Nance.

Read the entire post, including grammar and syntax. English is clearly not his first language. Give him a break.

If they remove Trump, there will be violence.

I know this is a bit of pendatry, but for complete accuracy you mean "removed", not impeached. He has already been impeached.
As Andrew Johnson and William Jefferson Clinton were before him.
And I agree with you - to engage with the OP on his hypothetical, one must take Trump's removal from office (via the current Senate proceeding) as given.

Pence was in on the ukraine scam.

All it means is that the nominee must be acceptable to both houses.
If pence nominated a right wing bible thumper, it fails in house of representatives.
Its only for 9 or 10 months.
And remember, the gop will have to run a real primary season.

The new president has to get approval from both houses of congress for a new VP. So in the hypothetical Pence may have trouble getting a new VP confirmed in today’s body politic. So to get back to what most on this post likely say, it’s best not to remove Trump and to let this play out in the election in November. That’s the best way to keep sides from killing each other.
