Ice Forced to release into the 100k illegals into the USA in past 3 months alone

ICE has not only been forced to reduce its activity in the interior of the U.S., but the agency’s overcrowded detainment centers have released 107,000 migrant family members in the past three months, averaging more than 1,000 illegals a day.
“What you’re looking at is our interior arrests have been affected,” Asher said, explaining why ICE arrests have dropped in the past few months. She said her agency is redirecting manpower to their first priority: “addressing what has been occurring and continues to occur at an alarming rate at the border.”

I don’t understand why we release ILLEGALS INTO the country. That practice makes about as much sense to me as rocket surgery but then again, I’m not a piece of shite politician so I must not understand why.

IMHO, this is a good tactical move by the Left at this time, and, of course, I mentioned this about a year ago -- overwhelm Trump's America with this invasion. Force Trump to : 1) look ineffective and unable to protect his America
2) cause him to make an error of use of excessive or cruel
force in response to the invasion
It's a good tactical move to flood the USA with wave upon wave of the most ill, illiterate and poorest of all possible illegal immigrants. Make Trump's America appear to be cruel and ineffective.

Because illegal entry isn't a crime...it's a civil matter and the law states that they are entitled to hearing so they can't be held indefinitely. They are released with a court date but few ever show up and those that do simply ignore the order to leave.

Because the GOP agreed to the terms the Dems set in regards to the max holding time. Why even bother arresting illegals at the border anymore? We feed them for a couple months and then release them. Nothing is going to change until we start going after the people hiring illegals.

I think the point was "why are they released into the US"? I get that they are being released but as their crime is coming here illegally and they are not US citizens, what is the legal barrier to releasing them back across the border?
