More like 60k. And it wouldn't have been larceny if Trump's cover story was true - that it was for legal services rendered.

This is so comically wrong it should be a troll but in your case it's not. And you don't know enough to know you should be embarrassed by that

You think a billionaire signing checks needs any cover story other than “I relied on counsel and my professionals?”

I think a "billionaire" who was proven to be a cheapskate and micro-manager of his money needs more of a cover story than "I didn't realize I was paying back my fixer for hiding the story of my affair with that porn star, despite everyone who testified saying I would have been aware."

your feelings are not admissible in court, you moron.

You mean cohen and stormy testimony? stormy, who openly says she wants to get trump and has stated previously there was no affair and Trump didn’t know about the payment. Cohen who was convicted for perjury and admitted to stealing from Trump? Those witnesses? Oh….and how does their testimony help any of the four alleged predicate crimes? You know…the ones that weren’t presented to the jury.

Your legal acumen is near zero. Clearly.

I was referring to facts. These things were proven - Trump is a cheapskate, a micro-manager (and a coward for not testifying).

Don't forget Hope Hicks, 2 of Trump's secretaries, the CFO's vp, etc etc.

Really difficult to divorce the thought that today's Republican Party is pulling from the Nazis when you start throwing around concentration camps casually, but we both know that's because you're a fan.

Critical legal theory always ends at this destination.

It doesn’t matter what the law says. The only important thing is the desired result as defined by the people C.S. Lewis would call “the Conditioners.”

Everyone should read “The Abolition of Man.”

No they weren’t, you moron. And calling someone a coward for exercising a constitutional right is on point for you. You hate the constitution. That is a fact.

where did you learn of their testimony and what, exactly, did they testify to? “Unduly influencing an election”. you dumb idiot.

Your legal takes are always good for a laugh.

Actually... it is VERY easy to divorce that thought when today's Democrat Party is, rather then pulling supposed thoughts from Nazis, literally actually doing the same thing that the Nazis did.

I've read the entire thread, and RedStickFox et al were really driving hard from the left side of the hoop. Then here comes BamaATL on the outside. She epitomizes the saying about why you should never play chess with a pigeon.

Bama scares the hell out of me because as she sees it, it's her way or the highway with no debate or quarter given. It's people like that who force a response in the worst way possible. I never thought I'd admit to it, but these people are showing me that there isn't a way through these times without some scary shite going down first.
