I was curious about Mexico's gun laws and this is what I found:

And just how do these very restrictive Mexican gun laws affect the Mexican crime and murder rate? This is what the gun grabbers here refuse to acknowledge. I find it very interesting that the Mexican murder rate is UNDERREPORTED LINK.

Do you think our gov't is scared of a bunch of people with guns? They aren't. The gov't has bigger guns, more guns, and well trained people to use them.

Geez you are really ill informed or just aren't very bright. If push came to shove do you really think everyone in the military would take up arms against their own family members? Of course they wouldn't, they would join their families in the fight.

US Gun Owners = 310mil+

I can't comment if the military would or would not. I do know the feds would win this fight, if a fight would occur. It won't though, gun owners don't have the balls to do something like that.

Jim Bob having 32 guns in his collection doesn't really mean a whole lot if it came down to a gun fight between civilians and the U.S. Armed forces.

The feds have nuclear weapons, smart bombs, the NSA, tanks, machine guns, helicopters, etc. In any conflict the feds are going to win. Even if it is the FBI vs. a bunch of rednecks. They will win.
