I Think Tucker Nailed Something On Assange

I’m paraphrasing him offering the mindset of the insiders and elitists:
He exposed us and the people we want to rule the world as the assholes we all are so we want him to rot in prison for it.
Thoughts?

We didn't land on Plymouth Rock. Plymouth Rock landed on us!

Stein was right. How pissed would we be if Australia wanted to put an American in prison forever for divulging Australia’s government’s dirty laundry?

I think Tucker was being kind with the use of a-holes as a descriptor...
I'm pretty sure he's not allowed to accurately define with words on TV what the Cabal has truly been up to.

Our government is so corrupt their secrets need to be revealed. I don’t want to put troops in harms way...but this whole idea that revealing to the citizens what their leaders are doing is dangerous is....well......dangerous.

He and Mark Stein (sp?) were really good in that segment.
And, if mark is right that the phrase that the gov has hung its “encouraging and aiding” Manning to steal secrets was simply “in my experience, curious eyes never go dry”.....well, frick us for that silliness.

There isn't a more depraved and evil group of people in the world than the American ruling class. How many innocents have been killed in the past 2 decades so the Clinton's and McCain's of the world, as well as their political benefactors, can get even richer than they already are?

Judge N. weighed in this morning that what Assange exposed needed to be exposed. Looking forward to Judge J's position.
Wrote this a few minutes ago, in what seems to be a dead thread:
Don't claim to know what will happen, but a pardon from Trump might be Assange's best chance of not going to prison. Handing Trump a few heads on a silver platter just might help his case.

This might be the best ever post on Tigerdroppings.

No worries. Jerks, a-holes, whatever along those lines... doesn't even come close to what an honest narrative (about their crimes) needs to be.
FCC rules and all...
FCC rules and all...

I think Assange will have a fatal accident in prison. It’s pretty sad how corrupt our government is. I don’t want troops put in harms way, but the information on the Dems he released was nothing short of patriotic IMO.

I am uncomfortable and opposed to his prosecution for publishing true information.
I believe that IF he aided and abetted or conspired with Manning to steal
Classified information stored in a secure server, or aided and abetted or conspired to hack computers/email that didn’t belong to him, he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
“Journalists” don’t have immunity for breaking and entering. If you can’t prosecute someone for this kind of cyberburglary, any hacker of a computer can’t be prosecuted.

What if all he did was tell manning that If he does that he will publish that info. If he helped him I understand. If all he did was tell manning he would be more than happy to publish that info then I do not see a crime.

Damn dude, what's happened to you? So what's your take on the situation? Mine, Assange was your best friend that told you that your wife was cheating on you because none of your other friends would.

Isn't Liberia a product of the American ruling class? They are one in the same.

If he had affirmative knowledge that he/she was going to hack or break into the computer system somehow-he may have a problem that the 1A doesn’t help him with.
I think It’s a question of whether they formed a “plan” together and made “agreement” to commit the crime, and also committed some act in furtherance of the crime committed by Manning. Plan and agreement are the essence of the conspiracy. If he’s a coconspirator, even if Assange didn’t perform the act, he still engaged in a criminal conspiracy, and can and should be criminally liable as if he did steal himself.
If all she/he did was steal the secrets and then call up Assange and say, “look what I got”- even if Assange had knowledge after the fact that Manning unlawfully took it, Assange shouldn’t be punished criminally for simply publishing it under the same logic as SCOTUS used with the Pentagon Papers.
