I just can’t watch the videos of Kirk and his children

I’m very sad for what happened to him. I can watch the video of the shooting but what gets me so upset, what I refuse to watch, is the footage of him and his little girls. As a dad, leaving my children at a young age is my worst fear and I just can’t watch his kids running up to him saying “DADDY!” As they wrap their arms around his neck.
I’m so upset and so pissed at the same time.

As a new father, I’m the same.
I get frozen with emotion when I see that clip of his daughter running and jumping into his lap and arms.

I was telling my BIL’s this at my son’s second birthday yesterday.
I watched the murder footage. It angered me.
When I watch the footage of him with his young children, the same age as mine, there’s a rage inside me that gets the better of me.
I’m not going to be able to get past that part.
