You don't require national anthems at games to achieve any of the respect/adulation/etc. that you are keen on giving. Go do it on your own. Stop caring about the general public - they will disappoint you every time with their fricking stupidity. I have the same types of people in my family - none of them need adulation at a ball game or to demand respect when some song is played.

You are a combo hedonist/nihilist. Low moral authority, maximum selfish interests. Lazy. Arrogant. Probably rub one out at least 5 times a day to some weird pornhub when you are not here screaming stupidity at the top of your lungs.

You are a sad testament to the self-interested arrogance that makes me sad for the future of this great country. Shame.

People should be able to peacefully protest however they choose. this is america, frick you if you think i have to standup for a flag.

if i sit stand or whatever it's my god given right as an american to do what i want within the laws of the country. there are no laws saying i have to do shite when someone plays the anthem.

Compromise to the whole situation though, Stop playing the anthem all together at sporting events. it's fricking weird.

This isn't about the law. This is about expecting people to be appreciative of what this country has done for these athletes getting paid millions for playing a game.

I'm not trying to force them to do anything but I don't have to spend my time or my money supporting what they do if I don't like it.

OK. So you're a libertarian. Good for you junior. See you in a few years when your political ideals catch up with reality. Libertarian ideology is the laziest form of political thought because you can always act like your terrible ideas work since nobody has ever been elected to actually test them lol.

You seem to want all of the benefits of a cohesive country without any of the simple requirements that make it so. Your rant about having no requirements for simple niceties is indicative of the the childish way simpletons think about this country. You want all of the benefits but just be freeloader.

National anthem- just stand up. It is really that easy. You guys want to discuss patriots like we are irrational while your irrationality is obvious.

I mean i get it. We go to the olympics, world cup global shite. frick yeah that's play the hell outta it. USA baby.

but do we really need to play it at every single sporting event? it's a strange event as that isn't typical of national anthems.

Seems like then you guys wouldn't get your pussy hairs all tangled up and bent outta shape over them not standing.

The players could protest another way or just celebrate that the anthem was cancelled outta protest for them. or whatever they want to feel about it.

Yeah. You are a pseudo, low-info faux conservative that just wants to reap the benefits of this awesome country while poking us all with your *pragmatic* take on freedom.

Whatever. You are officially a boring- and lazy- a-hole.

Stand with right hand over your heart.

You do this for the Pledge of Allegiance and for the National Anthem

You should have learned this in Kindergarten

Youre clearly not a professional anything. But you could maybe look into getting paid to bitch incessantly about losing those 3 minutes of your life before each sporting event.

When they do this (like the Chiefs did) they are standing (being respectful to the flag) but also making their statement. I'm cool with that. If every team did this rather than kneeling the disruptive nature of the protest could be heard without pissing patriotic Americans off.

When they stop all the SJW/BLM nonsense start a thread and let me know, I may turn the shite back on.
