In south Alabama also. Only showed mine once. They scanned the back of it, I signed on the ipad then they sent me to other table with my printout to get a ballot.

I still can't believe this isn't a national law. In Federal elections, how do the FEDS not require voter id? It boggles my mind. You can really fool people so deeply that they actually believe this crap against voter id.

I vote in Jefferson County, and I have always had to provide my ID. Every place I have ever voted (across three states) has required a photo ID.
