I find it ironic that the Trumpkins are suddenly poll believers and swear by them.

I am also seeing evidence also that they are going soft/left on woke culture.

Just because you remember a few Trump supporters that say polls are stupid (they are. polls are for sheep), doesn't mean most Trump supporters do* think polls are stupid.
almost everyone buys into polling data to some degree. most of those believe them far too much.

Let me show you how this works with a parable (if you're smart enough to know what that is)
Fred is a Chevy guy and has a Silverado. Bob is a Ford guy and has an F150. Both of them swear by their brand of truck and constantly talk smack about the other brand. You would never catch Fred riding in an F150. Fred says Chevy is the best. Fred says Ford sucks. Fred says the quality of Chevy is better. Fred says Chevys look better.
If you asked Fred for an objective evalution of Ford or Dodge, you probably wouldn't believe him if he told you Chevy was better, as he has a clear bias.
But if Fred one day tells you that the new F150 is kind of cool, would you notice? Perhaps believe him a bit? Because if a Chevy guy is telling you the Ford is cool, maybe it is???
This is where we are at. Trump supporters do not believe most polls because the folks that conduct them and talk about them on tv - CBS, NPR, etc... have a clear bias against Trump.
So when the polls show Trump winning? Well maybe they're on to something. Or maybe despite the obvious bias, Trump is still ahead.
The fact that you don't understand this?

I don't believe polls. But I haven't noticed a difference between the 'only' Trumps and 'only' Desantis posters. Desantis posters talk about the polls he's better in the general against Biden. Why aren't they hypocrites, too?

I don't mind the state polling. In fact I've encouraged that to try and get a feel for how the republicans feel from across the nation. Now that DeSantis is officially in the mix it will be fun to track it over the next few months. Can he gain traction or not? I think he can and I think the primary is going to be extraordinarily brutal. I just wonder if we'll come together when a winner is declared and can that winner bring back disenchanted republicans and independents. If he or she cannot we have zero chance of winning.
