I wish thousands and thousands of people would go out and set up free websites, like wareaglepetenews.com for example, and then request passes. If they don't grant them, sue based on Acosta ruling precedent. If they do grant them, get everyone to show up for the next conference and watch the shitshow.

Yeah the most powerful man in the world shouldn't have to regularly answer to the people he works for or defend his decisions that can affect all our lives. What's the point of even questioning authority figures if they're on your team, am I right?

Literally anyone with a Facebook or twitter account now entitled to a hard pass, until they have a hearing to deny it.

Just read over Article II of the United States Constitution and that is not in there.

This President communicates with us almost daily. You are just upset that he does not say what you want him to say and you want the press to be able to play "gotcha" games with him so you can go on the attack.

No one has suggested this. Not a single person. You’re making things up in your head.

And further Acosta wasn’t asking questions. He was attempting to debate the president. Not his job.

Daily press conferences are a relatively new thing. How did we ever survive without them? Oh. The. Horror!!

There is no constitutional obligation to answer reporters “questions” much less engage in debate with them.

i think yall are missing the point - i thought the ruling had more to do with the PROCESS of revoking/suspending a pass

The process is 100% discretionary. And Acosta isn’t being deprived of anything. There is no right to access the WH.

Even though the judge’s ruling was somewhat cryptic, more so about how the WH came to determine he was revoked and not whether he could be.... It’s still bullshite.

I hope everyone and their mom applies and starts to sue when denied. frick common sense.

It's a temporary injunction. There's more to come.
