I have a life long friend...White, much smarter than me, scientist, honorable, responsible, environmental activist in the true spirit, all-around benefit to Humanity. His Wife too. Great cook too, as we shared their culinary largesse at halftime.
At the table, they shared that early in their life they made the hard decision not to have children, as the Human Population thing weighed heavy. I asked them if they thought that by them having no children - who would obviously carry on the positive Genetic/Cultural traits of their Parents - while the ignorant and irresponsible masses of Humanity act and breed with zero moral/practical irresponsibility...would such a choice be a net positive for the survival and prosperity of the Human Community. Well...crickets...more or less. Then the banana pudding took precedence. And the 2nd Half of our Georgia masterpiece.
"Behold, there is a way (Egalatarian) that seemeth right unto Man, but the end thereof is destruction". Truth.
