Local prosecutors declined to pursue the case, citing a lack of evidence that he actually used the pipe, according to the New Yorker.
So, clearly the Bad Orange Man has committed a clear impeachable offense wondering why this impeccable child of Joe Biden was getting millions of dollars from Ukraine and China at a time where he was buying crack from bums, getting held at gunpoint in homeless camps, smoking crack, getting into fights outside bars, oh, and banging his brother's widow.

This reads like an Onion joke about what a VP's son might be doing.

Hunter is the stereotypical spoiled idiot second son. Big brother who outshone him in every way, always seeking Daddy’s approval, but just a born frickup.
To complete the stereotype, Daddy, feeling like it’s HIS fault the idiot son is the way he is, overcompensates and bails him out every time...to his own eventual detriment.
