He tested positive for cocaine in a drug screen. I wouldn't be shocked he got a general discharge where he can get some VA benefits but medical would only be for service connected.
Tricare on the other hand isn't even available for those who separated but not retired with an honorable discharge.

I don’t understand how an executive for a big firm like Burisma isn’t attractive enough to other employers to land with one of them. Surely, what he was doing for Burisma added value for them, so other firms would want that too.
