I can't think of anything less essential in this day and age. I'd rather hear people speak directly to questions and issues than a game of telephone.

If I want news I can come here. If I want opinion pieces, I'll grab a newspaper.

I think journalist are lower than porn directors on the food chain of public perception as far as layoffs. No one literally gives a frick.

Repeat after me ...

All NON essential personnel remain at home.

Journalists are not essential.

Repeat that to everyone you see on the nearest TV screen until you stop seeing people on the screen, then say it 10 times more!

Hundreds of journalists can get fricked right up the arse.

Like Jack Reacher said in the movie, "Remember, you wanted this."

How is the corona virus affecting digital "journalism"? Is there an easier job to do from home? Maybe professional masturbator but that is kind of what they are anyway. Maybe they were trending down anyway because people had enough of their shite.

Imagine it as a scene from a James Bond film......

Journalists: You expect us to talk?

Us: No. We expect you to die.

Journalists can frick off. Been getting my news on TD for a decade now

I tried to get my wife to understand this place is the source for all news. I noticed she was irritated after reading an article highlighting racial disparity in COVID relief in the newspaper. I was like "you don't have to do this to yourself". I give up!

Teachers...even though they are now working half their hours and not at risk of missing a single dime of salary or benefits.
