Maybe President Trump's White House intern program is whiter than past presidents' White House intern programs because more black and brown people now have jobs than under any other presidency thanks to President Trump.

I can't be alone in this, but I don't go looking around a room and saying "shite, there are too many white people here" or "Why aren't there more Asians/Blacks/Hispanics/Indians/women here?" If you're a better candidate for a six figure job, how many people are going to say "Nah, give it to someone else?"
