How have you felt the past 50 years?

The bigger problem - it will never be enough.

That’s when real violence would start.

I agree. It’s one thing for people to be in favor of these liberal pipe-dream programs in a general sense. But once they come for peoples’ money there will be a backlash.

On average the black population contributes about half a trillion dollars to taxes annually but cost around 1.2 trillion... there's your reparations.

Not enough. They want your 401Ks and other assets as well.

They studying reparations in Asheville.

In 1860, the population of Asheville was less than 600.

Let's round it up to 600 anyway.

Avg. family size of 4.

That means 150 families. Let's say half owned slaves. That's 75.

Let's say the average family had two 3 slaves. That's 225.

Our city government is wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars to study something that was virtually non-existent in 1860.

Yea, that's the thing. The vast majority of blacks have no claim because they have no connection to slavery here, as they came after slavery like most white, asian, latino, hispanic, middle easterners. The vast majority of people have no connection to slavery whatsoever.

If they ever did this, not even massive voter fraud would save them.

Being overtaxed is bad enough, being overtaxed to pay for projects that are designed to hate you is on a whole other level.

1619 a ship with 20 captives landed at Point Comfort, Virginia, thus starting the era of slavery in the original colonies.

The sin of my father is not my sin. We've been paying for it ever since.

History much?
