A big yawn... meaningless and really only ends up being talking points for Politicians. Every person working for fed govt gets their full pay later. Except for some tourists that are inconvenienced at national parks not much else happens.

Trump gets more business done on the 1st tee than Obammy accomplished in a week of double speak and dividing the country.
