2
One at 59 yrs and the other at 55 yrs.
Both seemed to weather Covid but major respiratory problems placed them on vents and during that time, they passed.

You’re voted most dishonest on this thread
Jake88 says 16? What’s 8+8 equal? 16!
These people upon investigation are frauds

So zero.

Maybe
But my parents probably know 3-4 more in addition to my great uncle. Mostly folks they've known at church over the years. I assume other people in their age bracket are similar.
I'd be skeptical if a 30 something said they knew 6 unless it like ravaged their church or large extended family or something.

A friends dad end of last year. In his 70’s and didn’t look healthy. Not sure details of any conditions. At least he got a funeral. The other was my great uncle who was late 80’s and had terminal cancer. Listed as a vid death in June of 2020. No family in hospital his last week and no funeral

Grandmother. 90. Never a pound overweight in her life. Lucid. Still with it. Caught Covid and it triggered a state of catatonia and she deteriorated from there. It took a couple months and Covid is listed as the secondary cause, but I’d consider it the first. Which makes me very curious as to the gain of function research in the Wuhan lab and how viral Covid is in the brain. Did the gain of function research include any brain tissue as a stressor? Which also makes the people that tried to shout down the lab leak theory and suppress the information as evil to me. The Chinese Communist Party and the organizations that protect them are truly evil.

Baton Rouge is a small community where people know each other. I know everyone on this board isn't from BR but many are. How many of these deaths are duplicates?

1 - my dad’s best friend. Great guy. Mid-60s, overweight and with heart issues.

0- close friends or family
2 people who I know
1 was in his 60s, another just turned 30 and had no conditions anyone knew of. He was a Catholic High grad so a lot on this board likely knew him
