He put enough pressure on the commissioner and called them out relentlessly for not playing when the Big 12, SEC, Sun Belt and ACC were. He CALLED THEM OUT BY NAME.

He kind of did. He contacted the BiG10 commissioner and explained about the new COVID tests that he was going to have delivered to Universities around the country. At that point, the commissioner started leaking out that there was going to be another vote.
