He will walk on criminal but civilly they got him. Ellison is stupid for not letting the Feds handle this. They should’ve taken out of state immediately let the Feds handle it as a civil rights case. But typical Ellison wants to grandstand

Hopefully all of Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, St Louis, Chicago, NYC.

You can count on Minneapolis Mayor doing nothing but sobbing while his city burns and people die.

So the dude wasn't just on opiates, he was on meth and opiates? He was freaking speedballing and we are gonna blame the cops for the death?

Whats sad is this is the first time I have seen/heard anything about him being on meth too. It's like there was a narrative that the people who should be informing me of this (or not since "man dies of heart attack while on opiates and amphetamines" isn't a newsworthy story) were trying to push.

"If"?

Dude's 1000% walking

Regardless of your views on Floyd's death, the contents of that autopsy page are the definition of "reasonable doubt"

No chance in hell all 12 jurors will find him guilty of murder

Joe Biden:

“A black man should be able to use counterfeit money while on dangerous levels of many drugs without fearing police related stress that could help trigger a fatal overdose. Today, we remember George Floyd’s life and we dedicate ourselves to making this country safer for people of color.”

Not to worry. The "stimulus bill" has the money needed to rebuild them.

Chauvin should not get off Scot free. Regardless of Floyd’s initial crime, his resisting arrest, or his level of intoxication, there’s no justification for kneeling on a subdued man’s neck for nearly 9 minutes.

HST, nothing short of a public execution will placate the SJWs. Cities WILL burn, and innocent police will be assassinated.

Because in a civil case all they have to prove there’s a reason for the case. It will be in MSP. The family will get something out of this.

Ain’t no “if he walks”. He will. George was on enough fentanyl to kill an elephant

Then the DA should not charge him with premeditated murder. Give the case a reasonable charge that the jury can convict him on.
