How is Minnesota blue still?

It is over 80% white. Any other state would be going red with those. The only other state with over 80% white that went blue is Vermont. Vermont is a know outlier, as they were Socialist back in the 70s and 80s.

Minnesota has been known as the Land of 10,000 taxes for at least 3 decades.

Minnesota dems are different from most democrats as there is a huge socialist populist streak in the farmer population in the rural areas of Minnesota. Combine that with typical big city liberals in the Twin Cities and the hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia brought there by the Obama Administration, it is essentially the bluest state in the U.S. Until the rural farmers decide Socialism isn't such a good idea, it will stay that way.

These people long for the days of the civil rights marches. They want to fight repression so bad but fail to realize they have already won and should be reaping the rewards of that victory right now. They so much want to be that race warrior that they must invent discrimination in order to ride in on their white horse and save the day from their own race based contrived emergency.
