How is DeSantis Establishment?

With almost every thread it seems like eventually breaking down into a Ron vs Don shite show that’s equivalent to “Well my dad can beat up your dad!” one constant that keeps coming up is that DeSantis is establishment. Since I don’t live in Florida the only real knowledge of DeSantis are the threads posted here about what he’s done over the past year and the new stories about him during the pandemic, fighting Disney, and Martha’s Vineyard- so I’m genuinely curious other than endorsements and congratulations he’s gotten from some GOPe members what exactly has he done to be seen as “establishment”? Something as Governor? His time in the House? Because if he truly is or isn’t and ends up making a run for the WH some of us would like to have as much information as possible before primary season gears up in a year or so.

It's because any non-Trump candidate will get support from the wing of the GOP that Trump declared nuclear war on, so, the implication is that support means that RDS will become their bitch. This same logic didn't apply to the KKK or David Duke endorsing Trump in 2016, though.

He’s never done anything outside of government. That’s certainly not a deal killer and it seems like pretty much everything he’s done to date IN government has been on point, but that still is something to consider for a young aspiring guy.
Does that make it an actual concern? I don’t know. But it’s there either way.
