Basically, we stopped college football last year other than watching LSU football on oversea servers. We're now out of all sports including LSU football, f'dem.

I've done my part, cable cancel about 4 years ago.

PS about to start with the beer fest right now and about to put spicy wings on the grill, friends will be over later.

More like a ratings drop for all sports. Except hockey, I may get into hockey.

How are ratings measured? Still with Nielson families? Aren't those tv addicted people? What are the chances they tune out?

My theory is that red state casual fans will largely opt out. Die-hards will likely watch their team and a few other select games. Especially after the BLM phonieness continues to crescendo and armies of people organize to harass those of us who recognize it's essential phonieness. Many will just watch a Youtube clip. Donations and sports gear sales will absolutely plummet.

I'm watching as much rodeo and bull riding as I can find. They kneel after the ride and for a different reason.

I've lost all care for pro sports. I still have love for LSU but I am no longer in the camp of watching the game no matter what like I used to be.

With everything going on it has shown the underbelly of the business of the game and I feel like the magic of college sports may be gone for me. Time will tell though.

No sports for me, at least not for the foreseeable future.

I hate it. After 50 years ‘Bama football is dead to me. On the upside, I’ve gotten a lot done on the old cars and guitar pickin. I simply don’t want to support anyone who supports this shite. Maybe we’re all being manipulated. I don’t care. The other side supports criminals and deviancy. Untill we can legally deal with them, I’m just not gonna support them.

I DROPPED ESPN! GThere are plenty of things to follow than a bunch of juveniles trying to get attention by chasing a false narrative. I a ready for a voluntary only football conference who are already students trying out for teams. This big money has not done us any favors, it has only stirred the pot.

My family calls my wife and I “Mr. and Mrs. LSU.” It’s incredible the amount of time, energy, money and emotion we’ve invested into all LSU sports since we’ve been together. We’re both alumni.

All that being said, I’m done. I’m not about to be a huge hypocrite and still support the false narrative when it directly opposes my core beliefs and principles. I never thought I’d get to the point of not caring any longer or not watching, yet here I am. This isn’t a boycott. They’ve just genuinely killed my passion and enthusiasm.

Thanks liberals for destroying one of the top loves in my life.

After 60 years of following AU sports like it was a religion, I have come to realize that sports does not mean shite. I have listened to sermons and bible teachings, spent more time in the garden, and plan on getting caught up with all of the things that need doing around here.I have not watched or listened to one damn thing that has to do with sports. I am really encouraged by the UA and LSU folks taking a stand because those are the two most fanatical fan bases in the country. They prove that there are a helluva' lot of people with their priorities arranged correctly
