Some people will say it will energize the left. But I say it won’t. People are going to remain pissed about the economy and inflation.

The people that are riled up about this were always going to vote left.

The ruling would have come down in June anyway, so the leak likely wouldn’t have changed any outcomes in Nov.

It won't matter at all. Independents will likely recoil from this leak and reaffirm their notions that Democrats are inept fools.

It doesn’t. Nothing that happens before the end of the summer really matters. The population is too stupid and addicted to social media trends to hold on to an issue for that long.

Besides, everyone who disagrees with this SCOTUS decision was already voting for Democrats.

Negligible, particularly when people realize that congress can codify abortions into federal law if they want.

When Dems fail to get it done with their majorities, it will be another mark against them.

Some. But that's a long way off. With the way the economy is, the dems still have a huge disadvantage.

It doesn't. Anyone who argues that it will have negative effect on Republicans values winning temporary elections over the betterment of society for our children and grandchildren. If the republicans win the midterms it isn't like they will do a damn thing anyway.

The economy is what effects these midterms.

TL;DR: it's the economy, stupid.

It worries me because everything was set up for a Dem beatdown in November.

The Democrats will attempt to use this as a rallying cry to get Liberals/Progressives out to vote in November. It won't shock me if a vocal part of their platform is to stack the Court until they can seat enough Justices to overturn the ruling.

This is the biggest win for us conservatives in half a century and you're worried about the midterms?

Republicans need to focus on the unbelievably outrageous nature of this leak and pin it on Democrats.

Hopefully it doesn't although I'm afraid it'll drive up Dem turnout.
