It underscores one of the causes of the rise of populism: the social contract between the haves and have nots has been breached. It has become apparent to the average person that the political class and the corporate class have been collaborating to gouge the frick out of average people. Prices up, CEO pay way up, stocks investments at all time highs, but wages for the working stiff are essentially stagnant. It was largely tolerated until inflation pushed this issue above the surface. And people are PISSED. If Trump doesn’t get a handle on this when he gets into office then this won’t be the last CEO murdered. It’s like the 21st century version of the French Revolution. It’s not really a left vs. right issue. It’s more of all people getting tired of having their life rigged against them financially.

I agree 100%

The have declared a war on the have nots

-Took our jobs
-Took our homes
-Took our saftey
-Used our empathy as weakness
-Used our patriotism as a flaw

Now that the people are fighting back we are being unreasonable. They have nothing left to take, people are living check to check, drowning in debt, and they are using basic needs as a bargaining chip. This was deserved and I’m not afraid to say it.

And yet HHTM is trying to claim victory and tried to dunk on me. My God that guy is a bigger cuck than Mike Pence.

Imagine giving up your entire life to kill a CEO who will be replaced by a similar copy immediately.

If a person is willing to be a martyr, they will see this headline from 3 days ago:

Anthem insurance reverses anesthesia policy change after backlash

And draw a very clear connection between that assassination and causing actual change in the policies of insurance companies.

What is a "have not?" The middle class in this country has it better than almost any other country and is far better off than 90% of the rest of the world.

You’re doing what the globalist want you to do.

Not judge your standard of living based on what the past promised. But what the rulers decide what is adequate. If Europeans can’t own a homes and have be dependent on government why do Americans think they deserve more. At least you’re better than third world countries.

Our nation is the richest empire this globe has ever seen we should live better and have more than any other country. Instead we take it from the middle and poor here to give to the rich in poor countries.

What a retarded, tone-deaf argument. Yeah, we live in the richest country to ever exist and things are being squeezed tighter around the average person, who will have less opportunities for prosperity than their parents.. but at least you aren’t living in muh Africa. Suck a dick.

He probably loves the idea of flooding our country with the third world as a solution to people pointing these issues out too.

I've heard this for decades yet the standard of living keeps going up.

The backlash on that policy change was misguided and is an example of how the general public’s ignorance of insurance can be easily manipulated.

There is no country on the planet with the same upward mobility offerings as the US. The comparison is not even close.
