Does it really matter now, for the practical purposes of how the history of the USA unfolds? The USA is run by an oligarchy of Globalists. It's no longer a constitutional republic. It's a politician trick - he's always used that line with black audiences - "I got my start" at Delaware State. He gave an early (first?) political speech there. He knows he's implying a lie, but not literally lying.

No reasonable person would conclude that he meant anything other than attending the university by his statement. It's a lie of omission.
