How do we engage this new system?

First. R states need to get their shite together ASAP. There are still a ton of cucked R states with mail in ballots and extended voting. Change this now, back to the old system.
But in states like PA, AZ, and MI. Republicans have to figure out how to engage this system to win. The system is rigged in favor of Dems because of their advantage with dense urban areas. Somehow Republicans need to get into these urban areas and peel off the 30-40% they can get there. Then in the rural areas, need to report 100% voting with like 95-5 ratios. Just figure it out, use the rules the Dems made, and use to your advantage.

Red states need to make their states as unappealing as they can to leftists. The lines are pretty much drawn. The '24 EC is decided.
