I've been listening to her podcast and her stance on things, specifically the 2nd amendment, is far from Dem thinking. She may say she's an Independent but she isn't; she's a Rep by her words. Time will tell if she's a RINO.

This is why:
Republican Thomas Massie Gives Voters Excellent Example of How and Why the Overton Window Moves
quote:
The Overton Window is basically a catchphrase to explain a narrow spectrum of acceptable government policies at any given moment. As the nation evolves the window of what would be considered currently “acceptable’ moves. In the example of the government continue to grow, the Overton Window constantly shifts toward leftist totalitarian objectives, bigger government.
The movement happens slowly – over time – but is never reversed. Regardless of who controls power, the big government Overton Window always goes one way, one nudge at a time in one direction, toward bigger government. People often ask, why does this continue to happen even after Republicans are elected? Today, Thomas Massie accidentally gives us a perfect example of how and why.
When Democrats are in power, they do everything to maximize their power and minimize the influence of their Republican opposition. However, when Republicans are in power, they do everything to minimize their power and maximize the power of their Democrat opposition, now in the minority. Democrats in control, they maximize the Overton Window shift. When Republicans are in power, they do nothing to pull it back – they actually do everything possible to maintain the shift.

If she were to join the GOP, you would be calling her a “RINO” within 24 hours.

Because Democrats care more about winning than Republicans do. Republicans are still playing politics like its 1990 and foolishly trying to be bipartisan. Democrats goal is to wipe Republican voters off the face of the earth. Republicans goal is to play nice with everyone.
Until Republicans start fighting fire with fire, they'll never win.
Vince Lombardi had a quote once that said "Winning isn't everything, it's the ONLY thing." Democrats have brought that mentality to the political arena. Republicans have not.

Nailed it.
The growth of the federal government does nothing but foster totalitarianism.

They’d claim Manchin as a DINO, but the marxists vote lock step with what the party wants.
Republicans don't do this, either. One of many, many reasons they're losing ground.

republicans should be developing Veritas style moles that eventually become aides to Democrat Reps and Senators. They should infect every agency from the bottom up. Because thats what theyre doing to us

Use to have Blue Dog Democrats but all the scandals of the Clinton Presidency produced Gingrich's "Contract with America" and that pretty much meant the extinction of Blue Dogs and the creation of RINOs.

Democrat politicians are factually smarter politicians. It's why they are where they are and why Republicans are always in the minority.

Are you saying AOC or Bernie are factually smart?
Democrats organize better than Republicans. That's the only difference.

I guess you can say the Dinos are extinct.

This is drastically underselling how much better they are at organizing than us.

Hell, the way Bill Clinton actually governed as President, the Democrat Party folks like AOC and Buttigeg would consider him a DINO.
I’m sure the Democrat version of the PoliBoard (Democrat Underground and others) probably despise folks like Joe Manchin and John Bel Edwards.

Dems are all sheep that just obey orders. They are not allowed to think on their own.

They know how to fleece just the right amount, they know how to take advantage of their constituency and they know how not to rock the boat. Everything their GOP counterparts have no idea about. Compared to the people they take advantage of, i.e. their voters, they're exponentially smarter.
Also, do you think AOC would lose an IQ test to somebody like Clay Higgins?
Democrats follow Reagan's Eleventh Commandment but just swapped parties. "Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican." Meanwhile we're over here running Herschel Walker for fricking senator.

There as many moderate Dems as moderate Republicans.
Why don’t you go ahead and tick off half a dozen names for us? Which ones are pro-life? How did these “moderates” vote in the confirmations of Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett? Which ones voted against Biden’s misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act” and similar spending bills? How many have stood up to the gender ridiculousness?

Communism is enticing to the weak. Dems are captured by it because it speaks to their selfishness and need for power. Rinos are just lazy and eventually want to be liked by the Dems. They also become reliant on the bacon wrapped shrimp and hookers which leads to blackmail.
Romney is a perfect example, a mormon who will turn a blind eye to abortion because hollywood actresses will smile at him.
