shite like this is why I don’t want to travel anywhere that requires flying.
Flying is a horribly miserable experience at the best of times due to normal factors like weather and delays that make it a problem.
Power-tripping air mattresses make it that much more intolerable.

In the grand scheme of things someone standing up and saying something would not have changed the airline's decision and would potentially have subjected them to arrest or banned them from the flight. It's a no-win situation.

Not only should the mother and baby be compensated, but every single other passenger on that plane deserves a refund. Think about the meetings missed, rides home from the airport that had to be rescheduled, etc...

As a youngster I used to marvel at the communist overthrow of China, Cuba and Russia, and how kids would turn on their parents, friends, neighbors, etc. Comforted that we were somehow above this nonsense.....I was wrong.
