Is that even legal? In America we are not legally compelled to report crimes. If I see a robbery in the street you cannot prosecute me for not reporting it. (Yeah, I may be an SOB for not reporting it, but I am not required to do so). When we get to the point where we prosecute people for keeping quiet, that becomes a slippery slope and rather dangerous.
Secondly, how are we supposed to know who is from a "foreign government?" Does this mean we cannot speak to any foreigner at all during a campaign? Because it will be impossible to know which foreigner is part of a "government."
Third, these Democrats are still so butt hurt their candidate was terrible. Still blaming it on "the Russians." Pathetic losers.

This is the part that confuses me. At no point did he state he would pay for the information, or offer anything for the information. In-kind is simply a different way to say barter, so if he is not offering the foreign entities anything; how is he breaking any laws?
Could it be that they are nervous about the information that he may actually receive?
