What would you do for liberty? People in Hong Kong will now be going to jail for 10 years for speaking out, as seen as a "National Security Risk".
Liberty is not natural, and most humans aren't capable of handling it. The majority of people just want told what to do and do not want the risk and responsibility that comes with freedom.
