Homeless shitting in streets, rats spreading...

Anyone hear Gutfeld talk about this... he said Dr Drew was telling him how serious these major cities with large homeless population that are shitting in the streets have a major health pandemic risk due to rats spreading it around the city...
This shite, literally needs to get solved fast

Shut down the asylums and this is what happens.

The issue with the homeless problem is that the more likely a solution is to work the less likely it is that the citizens of most of these cities will support it.
Most so-called solutions just make it easier to be homeless and exacerbate the problem.

With many of these same people refusing to vaccinate and the influx of rats, get ready for the Black Plague to make a big comeback.

Asylums were torture chambers. We need to figure out a solution that doesn't involve asylums.
That solution involves creating a better society - no more insane student loan debt, no more of universities trying to create resort communities for everyone willing to continue racking up loan debt; lock down the border, spur economic growth, and we have to get a bit more callous. When someone is on the street because they're an addict or badly mismanaged finances, they have to tough it out. Some charity and some govt assistance is good - help them get clean clothes, a shower, etc, so they stand a better shot at getting a job, but that's about it.

Imagine if all of these liberal cucks, beta males, and feminists spent their time actually fighting for real things instead of protesting DeShawn running from the cops and getting shot. The less fortunate would be in a much better place by now. Shame we have liberals who want to do nothing but act like cucks.

They were planning on moving a bunch of homeless people from LA county to my area. Local voters said no way and flooded the town halls.
We pay damn good money to live in our area and we don't want homeless camps bringing crime and needles and petty theft.
It is ridiculous that planners actually think it is fair to move them to areas with no voter consent.

Agreed. It has to be a multi-pronged approach. Those that are homeless due to mental illness require a different approach than drug addicts who require a different approach from down on their luck/street kids/lazy/homeless by choice etc...
I would eliminate all publicly funded programs, other than job training/placement for the lazy and homeless by choice to start. As far as "down on their luck", if you can demonstrate a solid work history and have been on the streets for less than six months, I'd give you first priority for temporary housing as that's the most likely person to use it as intended and move on. The mentally ill and addicted are more complicated.

A more humane asylum than perhaps.

The one time I went to New Orleans during Mardi Gras... holy fricking shite. My buddies and I saw what we thought was a group of possums digging around right next to a dumpster. Didn't take long to figure out it was rats and we got the hell out of there with a quickness. I've never been to NYC and I haven't been to San Fran since before the homelessness was a complete epidemic, so them NOLA rats are the biggest I've seen thus far.

Build a massive homeless camp out west on federally owned land and let them live there.

I almost suggested that but I'm dubious of the legality. I'm not sure how you can restrict their movement and if you don't they'd probably just leave.

One of the things I worry about, from a civil liberties perspective is that localities will say "if you're homeless you're crazy" or that it's reasonable to assume you're crazy if homeless. They will institionalize by default. Even a better system of asylums makes that a violation of rights and would be a rather ugly red flag on a person's background.
People screw up in life. As a society, overall, we need to do a bit more to recognize that. There are too many 'zero defects' environments. Let people fail and let them resurrect themselves.

There would be consent, by the individual or the individual's family. Seems a better fate than dying on the streets of a drug overdose or worse. There would be Netflix.

Straight talk - Id seriously be okay with homeless people being euthanized. They have no quality of life and contribute nothing. They are unhelpable. We’d be doing them a favor.
Anybody who is homeless for more than 2 years should be disappeared.

As someone who has never lived on the west coast this sentence does not compute.
How do you "move a bunch of homeless" to another area?
Round them up on buses and then drop them off at the Walmart parking lot 2 counties over?
That is some ruthless cold hearted shite right there.
