Hils lost her Appeal and now the DC Circuit Court has scheduled to hear the case ... Hils to be deposed on September 9th.
Her long awaited testimony has been doggedly pursued by Judicial Watch .... lol ... I'm gonna' send JW another donation.

I've seen this a bunch and want to chime in. Judicial Watch has thousands of documents. If Hillary can't remember, she will not be able to defend the lawsuit because she will take herself off of the legal battlefield. If the Defendant doesn't know, then the plaintiff gets to put all of the evidence up and explain what happened. If she "all of a sudden" remembers at trial, then her credibility is shredded. Just keep this in mind.
