so I guess something makes teachers different from store clerks, waiters, bartenders, bankers, doctors, nurses, police, fire, EMT, various small business owners, delivery drivers, OTs, PTs, dentists, contractors, and I don't know every fricking one else who has returned to work without drama???

What makes teachers more important than doctors, food service workers, etc.?
It's her and others' fault that America wasn't better set up for online education to begin with b/c teacher unions fought change. I can dig up old posts of mine stating that online education was the future.

It's weird to see Trump say something that everyone, particularly the left should be behind like "we need to get everyone back to school" and people freak out.
If we don't get schools open, who do you think will be hurt the most? Poorer, less educated families. Wealthy families will be fine. Middle class families will struggle, but will make it work as usual.
And yes, we need to minimize the risk to teachers as much a possible, but the higher priority should be educating kids.
