I think last year a whopping 6.9% made it to charity which is a whole 2% improvement from 2014.
The numbers would be more than that if you could classify Chelsea's wedding as a charity.

You could take you a minibus, put about 15 illegal mexican kids on it, take them out to a "eat all you can" catfish place and you'd spend more money on feeding those kids than if you donated a thousand bucks to anything Clinton charities related. Guaranteed.
