He was drunk, working the mic on a Spring Break MTV show. She was an "up and comer" (never ended up doing much) that, I must assume, wanted a little bit of attention on MTV's youth oriented show (NVM - apparently she was the co-host - so she should have felt even more empowered to call him out if he crossed the line - I mean, this was 2003 - he was just Matt Damon's sidekick back then).

She was 20 or 21. Affleck was 30 or 31.
Was it boorish behavior? Sure. Was it rude? Absolutely. Was it straight up groping? He tweaked the boob - it appears to be all in good fun.
Now, if he was aggressive later or tried to persuade her to go further to advance her career? That gets into Weinstein (or worse) behavior.
(And, full disclosure, I'm no big fan of Affleck outside of his performance in Chasing Amy.)
