At least they get it.

Elections in the German capital of Berlin were so fraudulent they will have to be repeated, the Berlin State Supreme Court ruled today. YouTube had threatened to censor any claims of election irregularities and now looks a lot like Fake News.

quote:

“The elections to the Berlin House of Representatives and the district assemblies are declared invalid in the entire electoral area,” the President of the Berlin Constitutional Court, Ludgera Selting (58), ruled today.
The reason are the massive irregularites in the 2021 election. New elections will be held in Spring of 2023.

Our courts don't have the balls.

quote:

Citizens had to wait in line for hours at polling stations. Ballot papers were missing in many polling stations and there were not enough ballot boxes. Many voters were only able to vote after the official closing time of 6 p.m. Some polling places seem to have “guesstimated” the tallies or had exactly the same percentages for the parties in a whole string of locations.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Not really. Were there any places where long lines of voters got turned away and couldn't vote?

I haven't heard of any. I'll wait though while you go manufacture a tweet indicating it's true though.

Weren’t voting machines down for a lot of places in Arizona for a while and then a judge wouldn’t extend the amount of time on Election Day to vote?

The idea that so many voting machines could be down in Election Day and people only have a limited amount t of time to vote based on busy schedules seems like voter suppression to me, whether it’s malicious or not.

Weren't some voting machines down for 4 hours in Arizona on election day?

Pretty sure I saw video of that.

I think they could put the ballot in slot “3” for adjudication. But didn’t slot 3 simply dump the ballot into the pile of scanned ballots, essentially commingling tabulated votes with non scanning ones.

And if you read up on it, no voters were turned away, they sent staff to get additional paper ballots.

Oh the horror, people had to wait to vote.

Again, was any voter unable to vote? I'm certain it sucks to have to wait 4 hours if that's the case, but as long as they were able to vote, they were not disenfranchised.

In order to overturn an election, you are going to need to show the court that a sufficient number of voters were disenfranchised that would change the result of the election.

In many cases in the 2016 and 2020 election people waited 4-5 hours in line to vote in some districts. it sucks, but a delay isn't sufficient reason to throw an election out.

And unless you have additional information saying otherwise, this is exactly what happened in Berlin.

So do you have additional information saying otherwise? Or are you just continuing to act as a neutral, totally unbiased observer in all things even though that’s clearly not the case?

If that is what happened in Berlin and it was sufficient to change they election, they did the correct thing. OP is trying to intimate that this is what has happened here in the US in the most recent election.

It did not. It's just a trolling attempt and a poor one.

Is that why you responded to a post with a link about voting problems in Harris county leading to long lines, extended hours, and running out of ballots, aka exactly what happened in Berlin, with “Oh the horror, people had to wait to vote.”?

Is it more or less poor than your attempts to come across as neutral and unbiased?

If GOP wins it's rigged.

If Dems win it's legal.

So it's all rigged. Dems do everything legally right? Or so you claim..............and the Aggie football team is good..............so you probably claim also. Have you always been this stupid or is it a new hobby?

You need a good session with ms Adams and mr Biden so the can explain “ voter suppression” and “democracy” to you.
Obviously you didn’t get the memo.

Oh!!! that’s (D)ifferent - I see.
