I am with DJT on not signing the infrastructure bill, sans wall funding. However I do believe that enough Dem votes are there to override the veto.

The troops that are in Syria are not the type you send to build a wall

I don't think he's talking about the CR. I think he's talking about Democrat legislation coming out of the House next year. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. We'll know soon enough.
