Investigators didn’t find any indication of “pristine” ballots with perfectly filled-in ovals and no creases, as alleged in the lawsuit.

And yet a long time poll worker swore under oath that she saw many unfolded and apparently printed ballots that were identical.
If it is not true, the only way to dispel the falsehood is to allow a respected and independent forensic audit of the original paper ballots.

Exactly!!! But, how can we bring them on when we can’t even get forensic audits off the ground? It’s so frustrating!!! The swamp prepared for four years for this, and seem to have thought of everything to block the truth from coming out.

They’ve had plenty of time to cover their tracks. Pristine ballots have been shredded and replaced by gently used ones.

Standing is a threshold issue, and the Respondents filed a motion to dismiss on that basis. That is always handled before the merits, in every case.
